Which areas do you serve?
Wirral and Liverpool within CH and L postcodes — for example Wallasey, Birkenhead, Heswall, West Kirby and parts of Liverpool. Send your postcode to confirm.

Can I send photos for a quote?
Yes. Photos help WV Construction understand the job and decide whether a site visit or drawings are needed.
Is a quote binding?
A quote isn’t binding until it’s confirmed in writing for an agreed scope of work.
Visualiser
Is the visualiser a real quote?
No. It is concept/inspiration only and does not confirm cost, planning, building regulations or buildability.
Does the visualiser generate an image now?
The image workflow is being connected. For now your photo and brief go straight to a quote conversation.
Extensions, drawings, planning & building regs
Can you work from drawings prepared by someone else?
Yes. WV Construction can review existing drawings or design packs for a build quote discussion. More detail usually helps produce a more realistic scope.
Do I need planning permission?
It depends on the project and property. Planning permission, permitted development and building regulations are separate matters and may need checking. WV Construction can’t confirm this for you.
Do you provide architectural or structural-engineering services?
No. WV Construction works from your drawings and alongside your designer, engineer and building control provider.
Landlords & maintenance
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes — reactive and planned maintenance, end-of-tenancy repairs and void refurbishments, with photo-led triage and access notes.
Can you support multiple properties?
Yes — repeat support across a CH and L postcode portfolio is welcome.
Trades, reviews & the company
Do you do gas or electrical work?
Specialist gas and electrical work is handled by appropriately qualified trades where required. WV Construction does not claim direct certification.
